Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, licences and fees paid for EdukshaIQ (the "Platform"), operated by SASTAVA Growth System Private Limited ("SASTAVA", "we", "us"). Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. All fees are non-refundable

All fees paid for the Platform, including subscription fees, licence fees, onboarding or setup fees and renewal fees, are non-refundable once paid. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of any fees, in whole or in part.

2. No refunds for non-use or early termination

We do not provide refunds, credits or pro-rata adjustments in situations including, but not limited to:

partial use, or non-use, of the Platform during a subscription term;
cancellation by the School before the end of a paid term;
a decision to stop using the Platform, or dissatisfaction with results, given that the Platform provides indicative guidance and not guaranteed outcomes;
a change in the School's requirements, staffing or student numbers.

3. Cancellation

A School may choose not to renew its subscription. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid term, after which the licence ends. Cancellation does not trigger a refund of fees already paid.

4. Billing corrections

This policy concerns refunds of fees for the service. It does not affect the correction of a genuine, verifiable payment error, such as a duplicate charge caused by a payment-gateway or technical fault. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us at edukshaiq@sastava.in within 7 days of the charge and we will review and reconcile any verified error.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where a refund is required by mandatory law, we will comply with that requirement.

7. Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
